Tiffany Costa is a wife and mother to six adults and grandmother of 10. Tiffany started working for Montana State University Billings Work Incentives Planning and Assistance Program in 2013 as the Project Director. She earned both her master’s in health administration and bachelor’s in counseling and human services from Montana State University Billings. She received her Community Work Incentives Counseling certification from Virginia Commonwealth Data and Training Center in 2008.
