Can I smoke at the Boise Centre?
For the health of our community, the Boise Centre on the Grove and the Grove Plaza are smoke-free. The Grove Plaza is, by Boise City Ordinance effective January 2, 2012, considered a NON-SMOKING AREA in its entirety.

Are CEU’s available for this conference?
Yes, we offer CEU registration opportunities for our professional participants looking to maintain their licensure.

As credentialing agencies are selected, the web site will be updated to reflect the number and cost of CEU’s.

How much does your conference cost?
Rates vary for those attending a single day or both days of the conference. There will also be professional rates for individuals seeking CEU’s.
What payment types do you accept?
You can pay using a credit card or check/payment order.

Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, MasterCard

Check/PO: Checks should be made out to Community Partnerships of Idaho and mailed to: Community Partnerships of Idaho, 3076 N. Five Mile Rd., Boise, ID 83713.

Please put conference registration in the memo section of the check.

Is there a refund policy?
Conference registrants canceling their registration on or before October 18, 2019 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a $20 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after October 18th.
What if I’m traveling and need accommodations?
Our conference hotel is the Hyatt Place in downtown Boise. You can find more information here.
What if I have a special need or dietary restriction?
Every effort will be made to accommodate a special request, but not guaranteed. Please indicate on your registration form if you have a special need or request. We do provide gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options at breaks and meals.

There may be photography, audio or video recording at the conference. By entering the event premises you give consent to the use of your photograph, likeness or video or audio recording in whole or in part without restriction or limitation for any educational, promotional, or any purpose for distribution in The Western Partnerships Conference on Human Services online and printed publications or any publication in other media and release Community Partnerships of Idaho, their officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. If you do not want to be photographed or videotaped, please notify the individuals capturing the information.
