Ryann Banks

M.A, RBT

Ryann Banks is a biracial woman of color who uses she/her/hers pronouns and currently resides in Columbia, SC. She is a nonprofit young ABA and nonprofit professional. She currently serves as the Human Resources Director and Special Projects Manager of a Caring Hearts Behavioral Services LLC based out of Fayetteville, NC centering client success, ethical care, and quality care.

Ryann obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science and Ethnic Studies from Boise State University and a Master’s of Science in Social Justice and Human Rights from Arizona State University. She will be entering ODU’s Public Policy and Administration PhD program in Fall 2025. She used her time in higher education to refine her skills as a ABA professional, freelance public speaker, and facilitator. She has chaired the MLK Living Legacy Committee 2019-2020 and the Inclusive Excellence Committee 2020. Her most notable achievements include the Emerging Leader Award of 2020, the Facilitator of Dr. Angela Davis Story Circle in 2021, and the Inclusive Excellence Award of 2022.
