Danielle Pfost

Danielle Pfost, LCSW, (she/her/hers) is a clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience. During her career, she was the Behavioral Health Director for RISE, Inc., a Developmental Disability Agency, in Idaho. In her current role, Danielle oversees an outpatient mental health clinic and Applied Behavior Analysis program.

Danielle graduated with her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Hawaii in 1996. After graduation, she spent the majority of her career working with individuals and families facing substance use and co-occurring, serious mental health disorders in Hawaii, North Carolina, Utah, Virginia and Idaho while her spouse was an active duty military member. Danielle has worked in a variety of treatment settings, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, day treatment, and residential, and on a number of related multidisciplinary teams. More recently, she led an outpatient mental health and Applied Behavior Analysis multi-disciplinary team at an Idaho DDA. Danielle believes professional ethics and best practices are the core of human services and should guide the conduct of professionals during their service to others regardless of their role.
