Rhythm is fundamental to the working of the universe. We’re surrounded by circadian rhythms, biological rhythms, social rhythms, mechanical rhythms, musical rhythms, natural rhythms and more. They’re inescapable. They’re also really fun.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll feel the beat as you use traditional and improvised rhythm instruments to learn about communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, creativity and innovation, and to open your mind to seeing new solutions to challenges you face in your work. Oh, and is also an amazing stress release!
