Nicholene Glass

Nicholene (Nichole) Glass, MS, is the Developmental Program Director in Mountain Home, Idaho for RISE, Inc. with over 30 years of experience working in Human Services supporting individuals with disabilities. Nichole earned her Master’s degree in Psychology from Capella University. While working in the field of developmental disabilities services, Nichole has brought innovation to her comprehensive, supportive programs to ensure services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, adolescent and adult they serve and to promote optimal wellbeing and quality of life for each of the individuals served and their families. Nichole believes in the importance of effective communication that is tailored to fit the needs of individuals to give them independence and build confidence in their skills.
