MiKayla Monaghan

MiKayla Monaghan serves as the Business Relations Manager for the Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation where her expertise lies in building relationships with business to better understand their needs, then providing customized support to assist businesses in reaching their goals. MiKayla has a dual Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business and Human Resource Management from Boise State University and a Master of Education in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Auburn University. MiKayla is also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Rehabilitation Leader, Certified Windmills Trainer, and a Certified ADA Trainer Leadership Network Trainer. Prior to her current position, MiKayla worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor where she provided individualized support to persons with disabilities to reach their employment goals. MiKayla’s goal is to provide businesses with education on the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workforce while assisting them with reaching untapped and skilled talent.
