Michelle Wilson is a disability services leader, trainer, and advocate with a career spanning direct support, residential habilitation, ICF/IID, and developmental disability agency services for both adults and children. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services Management and a Master’s degree in Psychology. Michelle’s work centers on improving client-specific training systems and strengthening staff readiness through practical, engaging, and experience-informed education. With lived experience as a DSP, trainer, and compliance lead, she brings a systems-level perspective grounded in real-world practice. Michelle is deeply committed to ensuring people with developmental disabilities experience meaningful, high-quality lives and believes this is achieved through well-trained and supported Direct Support Professionals.
