Kelli Romine (BS, WIP-C) has been a resident of Idaho for 17 years and loves where she lives! She is a Certified Work Incentive Practitioner, an ACRE Certified Employment Specialist, and lastly an ADA Coordinator. Kelli has over 18 years of experience in supporting individuals with disabilities achieve their goals, which Kelli knows looks different for everyone. Her favorite part of her job is assisting individuals in career transitions, job development and overcoming barriers to employment. She raised three daughters, two that are deaf and hard of hearing. She enjoys every moment she has with her adult daughters, loves animals andthe outdoors. She is also active in her community, a member of the Caldwell Soroptimist and has a passion for building lasting community relationships.
