Jill Prickett

Jill Prickett is a mission-driven nonprofit leader with over 20 years of experience creating engaging, person-centered programs that support meaningful goal achievement for children, families, and individuals with diverse needs. As Program Administrator for RISE Services, Inc. in Southern Arizona, she leads strategic operations and innovative initiatives that promote
inclusion, skill-building, and community connection. With a background in special education and behavioral health, Jill brings a collaborative approach to leadership and is committed to strengthening communities through partnership and purpose. As co-founder and former Executive Director of Therapeutic Ranch for Animals and Kids (TRAK), Jill developed creative, hands-on approaches—like animal-assisted learning—to make growth both impactful and enjoyable. She is passionate about helping teams design experiences where fun and purpose work together to drive real progress.
