Caleb Tibbitts

Caleb Tibbetts is the Apprenticeship Coordinator at Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation where he works alongside the Department of Labor on the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) Team. Caleb works with USDOL Registered Apprenticeship Program Sponsors to assist them with their recruitment needs while actively advising them on the benefits of building a diverse and inclusive workforce. Caleb has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Idaho State University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health and Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Thomas University. Caleb is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and has been serving businesses and individuals with disabilities for over 7 years. Prior to his current position, Caleb supported high school students with disabilities to gain exposure to the world of
work and build their plan for entering the workforce after graduation. Caleb’s goal is to increase the diversity of individuals entering into Registered Apprenticeship Programs by increasing representation for individuals with disabilities completing Registered Apprenticeships in Idaho.
