Training Therapists Working with Individuals with ID

This workshop will include an overview of the positive identity therapeutic approach as well as the use of expressive therapies with individuals with intellectual disabilities. In addition, case studies and research on the use of EMDR with individuals with intellectual disabilities will be discussed. Finally, grief counseling and group work will also be explored.
