Peer Leadership: Establishing a Culture of Authenticity

This session will inspire people to confidently lead and support their peers in overcoming the barriers to a quality work life. They will hear simple strategies that they can apply immediately. By utilizing these techniques they will see an increase in teamwork, mutual respect and trust in not only their co-workers but the people they support as well.
