Look, Listen and Link: Providing Psychological Support After Stressful Events

In a world where psychological safety and mental health awareness has gained greater focus, investing in psychological first aid training is a strategic decision to foster a positive culture and enhance communication. Psychological first aid is an evidence-informed approach to helping people in the immediate aftermath of a disaster, traumatic
event, or other crisis, aimed at reducing initial distress and promoting coping and adaptive functioning.
