Integrating Cultural Sensitivity Into Practice

To ensure the needs of all our community members are met, human service professionals must be able to work with diverse groups who have different life experiences. This workshop will discuss ways to increase your self-awareness regarding knowledge gaps and unconscious bias in your work. It will give you tools to ensure you are working in a culturally and linguistically responsive manner.
