MiKayla Monaghan

MiKayla Monaghan is the Stakeholder Relations Manager for the Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and has managed the Business Services Program at IDVR since 2021. MiKayla is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Vocational Leader, Windmills and ADA Certified Trainer, and holds a Master’s degree from Auburn University in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling. MiKayla’s goal is to work with IDVR stakeholders to understand the requirements under the ADA for employers to provide equitable access to employment opportunities and career advancement to support inclusive workplaces in Idaho.
