Jon Shipley is a Human Resource Consultant that has been working with AmeriBen since 2016. He received his Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from Texas A&M, and specializes in organizational culture and development. Over the years, he has enjoyed a variety of experiences in business, from sales and account management to customer service and branch management. His varied background in business gives him a unique perspective, and he bring his teaching experience back into leadership training opportunities.
Jon’s expertise lies in creating interactive learning experiences – he has 8 years teaching at the university level and received departmental awards based on that work. Currently he holds an adjunct position at Boise State University, teaching classes in organizational and interpersonal communication.
An Idaho native, Jonathan received his Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication from Utah State University in 2012 and is an Eagle Scout.
