We are pleased to announce that the 2017 C2C nominations are now open. Nominate an individual, business or organization you feel is making a difference in the lives of those with disabilites in Idaho!
Commitment to Community Awards will be handed out on Friday, October 6th during the luncheon at the Idaho Partnerships Conference. These awards recognize and honor significant accomplishments of individuals, organizations, and businesses who value individuals with disabilities as important contributors to their communities. This event applauds the commitment of our honorees and provides visibility and recognition for their leadership and vision. Now in it’s sixth year, C2C has recognized dozens of nominees from across Idaho for their tireless, dedicated work, many of whom are volunteers making a difference in their community.
Nominations will be accepted from May 1 – August 15 in the four award categories – Building Bridges, Opening Doors, Plays Well with Others and Lifetime Achievement. More information will be posted on IPCHS website this spring.
