2019 General Registration

Thank you for registering for the Western Partnerships Conference on Human Services being held at Boise Centre on the Grove November 7th and 8th, 2019.

Each person attending the conference needs to register individually and complete payment to be registered for the conference.

If you would like to arrange an alternative form of payment, please contact Bibiana.nertney@mycpid.com.

Registration form must be completely filled out. How you enter your name is how it will appear on your name tag and registration card.

Please indicate what sessions you will be attending as this helps us with our counts and with assigning the rooms for sessions.

Groups of 5 or more from the same organization qualify for a special group rate. Please contact Bibiana.nertney@mycpid.com for more information.

  • Will you be seeking National Association of Social Workers (NASW) or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) credits? An additional fee will be charged for CEU credits.
  • Please indicate any special meal requirements, such as gluten free, vegetarian/vegan. The conference will try to accommodate meal requests, but does not guarantee all requests can be met.
  • Please indicate any special accommodations that may be needed. A member of our conference team will contact you.
  • Each individual attending the conference needs to complete a registration form. After you hit submit a PayPal page will open up. You can use your PayPal account or a personal credit card to pay. Registrations are not complete until payment is made.
